Job Description: Account Executives

Account Executive (AE) receives daily leads of clients who have recently been served a notice of foreclosure (Lis Pendens). It is the job of the Account Executive to visit these homeowners without prior appointment (i.e. cold visit), inform them of their Free Foreclosure Analysis, provide information about Syntegral pre-foreclosure services, and collect their contact information (New Hot Lead).  

 

Minimum weekly requirement of 20 New Hot Leads (NHLs), not including tenant phone numbers. Syntegral processing center analysts will perform a telephone verification of the homeowner?s phone number to ensure validity.

Job Compensation:

Job Description : Account Manager

Syntegral Account Manager (AM) role comprises of these functions:

1.       Receive a daily list of NEW HOT LEADS (NHL) of clients in foreclosure. The clients are homeowners that have recently given their information to our company in order to receive their Free Foreclosure Analysis (FFA). They are in urgent need of a foreclosure solution.

2.       Call the homeowners and set up an appointment via Syntegral Account Executive for the Free Foreclosure Analysis Origination (FFAO). The clients will be expecting your call and your visit the day you receive their information.

3.       Free Foreclosure Analysis Origination (FFAO): Visit with the client. Collect all the necessary signatures and documentation in order to process their FFA.

4.       Free Foreclosure Analysis Closing (FFAC): Re-visit the homeowner 24 hours later with the completed FFA. Collect all necessary signatures and documents from the completed Foreclosure Analysis.

5.       Taking interior/exterior photos of properties with digital camera.

6.       Fax collected and signed documents from the homeowner to the company fax number.

7.       Utilize our in-house database of private capital investors to fund each transaction via company web portal system.

8.       Maintain client relationship with the homeowner throughout the ordeal, providing superior customer service.

9.       Assist in closing, and working directly with the client and private capital investor to the closing table.

60% minimum weekly requirement conversion ratio of NHL?s to FFAC?s.
